Should i keep my cake in the fridge
If you are going to transport the cake or have picked up your cake a day before then I do suggest putting it in the fridge, otherwise, its perfectly fine out of the fridge. Rule of thumb for summertime or outside cake events if its too hot for you its definitely too hot for the cake. Our cakes buttercream is light and silky and can not withstand harsh weather conditions. If its too cold the buttercream will harden up because we use real butter at all times.

Do I need to pay a deposit
Yes. All cake dessert orders will need to have a 50 percent deposit paid to reserve your date and time. NO DEPOSIT. NO CAKE. If your cake is a rush order then the cake must be paid in full within 2 hours of ordering. deposits are non refundable.
